It is the objective of FENIGER & ULIASZ, LLP to provide outstanding legal service within specific areas of practice. We are not a general practice law firm. Rather we have chosen to focus our attention and efforts in a few areas of law and thereby provide service and expertise of the highest quality to our clients.

Our law firm currently offers legal representation in the areas of business planning, contract law, commercial litigation and commercial real estate. We are owners of GREAT OAK TITLE SERVICES, LLC through which we perform and control the complexities of title search and issue title policies specific to the needs of our clients. We handle multi-million dollar transactions on a regular basis.

We represent people that have suffered serious injuries in motor vehicle accidents, dog and animal attacks, work related and workman’s compensation injuries, construction accidents, premises liability, recreational vehicle, boating and snowmobile accidents and injuries involving children in any number of situations.

The lawyers in our firm practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts in both State and Federal court.  On occasion we will handle cases in other states, usually with co-counsel from that jurisdiction. Much of our practice involves litigation. Some of that litigation takes place in the courtroom before a judge and jury but we employ many useful alternatives including arbitration, mediation and jury waived trials. In this way we are best able to meet the needs of our clients on an individual basis.

Finally, we believe in personal service. We understand that our first obligation is to you, the client and to that end we make ourselves available to answer questions, provide counsel and of course, return phone calls. We know that to you, your case is of the utmost importance.
