This accident occurred within the grounds of Concord Hospital in Concord, NH when the Defendant operator improperly and without care backed from a parking space and struck the vehicle operated by the Plaintiff. The impact caused the Plaintiff whipped both sideways and back and forth within the vehicle causing injury to her neck and aggravation of an ongoing low back condition.
