On February 27, 2006 the Plaintiff was the operator of a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. The accident occurred at approximately 10:15am at the intersection of Webster and Union Streets in Manchester. As the Plaintiff operated with due care and caution he observed a vehicle executing a left turn from Webster to Union into his path of travel. He was traveling slowly and brought his vehicle to an uneventful stop when he was struck from behind by and International dump truck towing a trailer.
