Our focus is commercial real estate. We routinely become involved in the transfer before the purchase and sale agreement is executed and in many cases represent the buyer or seller in the negotiation. We anticipate  environmental, zoning, conservation and land use planning issues. We address title issues through GREAT OAK TITLE SERVICES, LLC, a company wholly owned and controlled by our firm and allowing for seamless representation in property transactions, lease agreements, 1031 exchanges, SBA loans and the like.
