We provide representation in the following general areas.

For specific questions, please contact our office to speak with one of the attorneys. The initial consultation is free:

  • Drafting, Execution and Recording of Condominium Instruments
  • Transfer of Rights and Control to Associations
  • Non-Performance by Developers
  • Disputes Between Unit Owners and Associations
  • Use of Common and Limited Common Areas
  • Litigation and Litigation Support
  • Preparation and Filing of Liens
  • Collection of Association Dues and Assessments

Our attorneys represent associations, boards and property managers in other areas of litigation including the defense of counterclaims filed by unit owners, claims against directors and officers, claims of discrimination (HUD and FHA) and claims against insurance carriers including actions for declaratory relief involving issues of insurance coverage. They have appeared in most state and federal courts including courts of appeal and the NH Supreme Court on issues involving condominiums. We have proposed legislation regarding the Homestead Act as it relates to condominium ownership in NH and testified before the legislature on issues related to condominiums.
